That is why our commitment to you continues after your purchase. Over time the crystal mesh may loosen, a crystal may slip out of place, the finishes may show marks. These are natural traces, and they can be cared for. We do it in the place where your bag was born. Every repair is carried out at Bottega Bruzziches in Viterbo, where the artisans know every step of its making: they rebuild the crystal mesh and restore the finishes, with the same gestures and the same care as the first time.

Every repair begins with a careful assessment of the bag and its condition. At the Bottega our artisans work with the same techniques used to make it: they rebuild the embroidery by hand, restore the metal mesh where it has loosened or opened, replace lost crystals and gently remove stains, giving the bag back its light and its shape.

You can send us your bag whether you bought it on our website or from an official retailer. We will assess the work together and send you a quote with the expected timing. Once it is approved, we will arrange the pickup to bring it to the Bottega in Viterbo. When the work is done, your bag will come back to you, ready to keep you company once more.
