We offer our products and business activities exclusively to consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”): a consumer is defined as a natural person acting solely for personal purposes not related in any way to business or commercial activities.
Therefore, we kindly ask users who do not fall under the definition of “Customer” to refrain from attempting to establish business relationships with us and from submitting purchase orders on this website and its online store.
Based on the above trade policy, we reserve the right not to process orders for products that do not comply with it and those whose use is not intended exclusively for Customers.
The general terms and conditions do not apply to either the provision of services or the sale of products made by parties other than the Seller, even in cases where they are presented through hyperlinks, banners or any other hypertext links on www.benedettabruzziches.com.
Placing an order
To place an order, add one or more items to your shopping cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with all the information you need to track your package.
Please note that after the order is completed, neither the details nor the delivery address can be changed.

Customer Profile

All transactions are in Euros.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and direct bank transfer as payment methods.
We do not accept orders placed by phone.
Financial information (such as credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be transferred via a cryptographic protocol to the bank selected by the Vendor that provides remote electronic payment services. Third parties will not have access of any kind to this data.
In addition, such information will never be used by our company except to complete procedures related to the purchase process of our products, to allow for possible refunds in the event that products are returned by Customers who wish to withdraw from the contract, and whenever we deem it necessary to report potential fraud to the police.
The purchase price and shipping costs – as indicated in the order form – will be charged to the customer’s bank account at the end of the purchase process.
If sufficient funds are available for the purchase and the bank details are correct, the transaction will be processed immediately.
If you purchase with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be assigned to increase SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and you authorize such assignment.
If you select payment by bank transfer, the Customer will automatically receive an email listing the Seller’s bank details. After this email is sent, we will reserve the selected products for the Customer while we wait for credit. The Customer is required to send a copy of the document evidencing the transaction reference number to amministrazione@benedettabruzziches.com within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
All of Benedetta Bruzziches’ products are unique pieces.
Their exclusivity is the combination of the quality of the materials we use and the production processes of our Master Craftsmen.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we will cover service costs following our thorough inspection of the actual defects.
At www.benedettabruzziches.com we sell only products with registered trademark “BENEDETTA BRUZZICHES,” the characteristics of which are specified in each product sheet.
All of our products have an identification label with serial number and a disposable seal.
Removal of the label, serial number, and/or disposable seal automatically cancels your right of withdrawal.
Pre-orders
We offer all our Customers the opportunity to pre-order some of the products shown in our online store.
Out of stock products are clearly marked; we also mention for each one the average time it takes to return to stock. During this period, the sale of that product is suspended.
Pre-orders allow us to ensure delivery of the product within the specified time and avoid any delays due to high demand or sale of the entire stock.
The procedure for placing a pre-order is the same as the purchase process, including immediate charge of full payment.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer explicitly agrees to receive the desired product after the 30-day limit, despite current regulations (Art. 54, Clause 1 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005).
The product will be shipped as soon as it is available, so the delivery time quoted is approximate and is subject to further variation depending on the supply of materials.
Customization
If you would like to make your purchase at www.benedettabruzziches.com even more exclusive by customizing the details, materials and/or color of your chosen item, you can do so by sending an email to customize@benedettabruzziches.com.
Costs and delivery time will vary according to your request. We will inform you in advance of any additional costs related to your request before processing your order.
According to Art. 10 of the General Conditions of Sale, the Customer’s right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.
Regulations on exotic skins
Products made from exotic skins that are shipped to non-EU countries must be accompanied by additional documents called CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora).
These documents certify that the product was made using skins of commercially bred animal species. It takes an average of 14 (fourteen) working days to obtain the CITES certification and, to do so, it is also necessary to provide the relevant invoice so that the Customer becomes the actual holder of the product.
To comply with these legal requirements, we cannot guarantee that delivery of the ordered item will occur within the regular delivery time.
Our Customer Service Department responds to all emails within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday (10:00 am to 6:00 pm), excluding holidays.
