Nubuk: Brush gently with a soft-bristled brush. Water-sensitive material: treat with a specific waterproofing spray. In case of stains, use a nubuck eraser. Store in the dust bag provided.
Organic silk satin: Clean only with a soft, dry cloth. Very delicate fabric: avoid contact with liquids, perfumes and cosmetics. Do not wash.
Calfskin suede: Brush gently with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid contact with water and liquids. In case of stains, use a specific suede eraser. Store in the dust bag provided.
Zamak: Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasive products on the galvanic finish. Avoid prolonged contact with water and humidity.

The bag will be carefully prepared for shipping inside the Benedetta Bruzziches box, protected by the microfiber pouch with logo.

In 1962, Amalia Ercoli Finzi graduated in aeronautical engineering from the Politecnico di Milano. She was the first woman in Italy to do so. They told her it was no profession for a woman. She responded by designing a drill capable of piercing the nucleus of a comet five hundred million kilometres from Earth. They call her the Lady of Comets. She led the SD2 instrument on the European Space Agency's Rosetta mission: ten years of travel, six and a half billion kilometres, to land a probe on a comet for the first time in history. When her instrument woke up on the comet's surface and answered her, she cried. She was speaking with something that had arrived where no one had ever been before. "When I designed Amalia, I never imagined I would one day shake her hand," says Benedetta Bruzziches. "And yet, on a rainy day, umbrella in hand, she crossed the city by metro to meet me. She is as small as I imagined. Greater than I ever dared to dream." The bag that carries her name joins soft leather and aluminium: tenderness and rigour, earth and space, in the same silhouette. The internal pouch detaches and lives on its own, like every good idea born inside something larger. Amalia is for those who have never lost sight of the sky.
