SHIPMENTS

Nationals

Delivery is free throughout Italy.

Domestic shipments are handled by GLS.

Internationals

International shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as follows:

  • 15,00€ in Europe;
  • 35,00€ for countries outside the EU;
 

Delivery time:

  • 1-2 working days in EU;
  • 2-3 business days for countries outside the EU;

With the exception of Italy, all shipments are made by air and handled by DHL.

Currency, Prices and Duties

Displayed prices, payments and invoices for our products are in Euro, USD and GBP.

Your bank or credit card issuer will apply its own exchange rates.

For the following countries, the price shown on the site already includes all customs and import taxes. Customers in these destinations will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery:

Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Japan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

For all other countries, any customs duties and import taxes will be calculated and claimed at the time of delivery by the courier.

Please also note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the cost of shipping back to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.

There are no restrictions on the items we ship.

In the rare event that you receive one or more damaged products or if your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once the package has been delivered to the address provided, we will no longer be held responsible for any damage.

  

RETURNS

In accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase process.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to customize@benedettabruzziches.com containing:

  • First and Last Name;
  • Order number;
  • The type of compensation desired, to be chosen from:
    – Product replacement;
    – Refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the above details, unless the Customer sends a new corrected request. Upon receipt of the request, an e-mail containing the return number will be sent to the Customer.

All delivery costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the Customer.

Products must be returned within the period applicable to the right of withdrawal to the following address:

All risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the Customer. 

To be exchanged or refunded, returned products must be complete with label, tag, dust bag and box as sold. 

Exchange items are subject to availability. 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. 

The refund time may vary depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase.
Any variations between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to fluctuating exchange rates will not be refunded.

Our products are made using delicate leathers and materials, so their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, which should not be considered as defects.

Any manufacturing defect will be considered only on a single basis with valid proof of purchase.
If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will take an average of 5 to 7 days to repair the product and send it back to the Customer.

We kindly ask our Customers to strictly follow our return/exchange policy.
