Delivery is free throughout Italy.
Domestic shipments are handled by GLS.
Internationals
International shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as follows:

With the exception of Italy, all shipments are made by air and handled by DHL.
Currency, Prices and Duties
Displayed prices, payments and invoices for our products are in Euros or USD.
Your bank or credit card issuer will apply its own exchange rates.
If shipping is to Europe, the price shown includes VAT.
If shipping is outside Europe, the price shown calculated at check-out will be without 22% VAT.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, will not be refunded, and the amount must be paid to the carrier according to the carrier’s recommended process.
Please also note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping and customs costs associated with the automatic return of the package to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.
There are no restrictions on the items we ship.
In the rare case of receiving a damaged product or products or if your package gets lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the package has been delivered to the address provided, we will no longer be held responsible for any damage.
In accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase process.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to customize@benedettabruzziches.com containing:
– Product replacement;
– Reimbursement.
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the above details, unless the Customer sends a new corrected request. Upon receipt of the request, an e-mail containing the return number will be sent to the Customer.
All delivery costs for the return of products are the responsibility of the Customer.

All risks associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the Customer. To be exchanged or refunded, returned items must be complete with tag, tag, dust bag and box as sold. Exchange items are subject to availability. Refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for purchase. Refund time may vary depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase. Any variations between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to fluctuating exchange rates will not be refunded.
Our products are made using delicate leathers and materials, so their surfaces are subject to variations and scratches, which should not be considered as defects.
Any manufacturing defect will be considered only on a single basis with valid proof of purchase. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, it will take an average of 5 to 7 days to repair the product and send it back to the Customer.
