Follow the advice of our craftswomen:
Regularly remove dust from your crystal mesh bag using a soft-bristled brush or microfiber cloth.
We advise against using cloths made of thread, which may get stuck in the mesh and damage it.
Should the inside silk lining of your bag become stained, treat it as soon as possible using a spray cleaner. Spray the product on a dry cloth and act on the stain.
Do not use it on the logo stamp.
You can polish the aluminum metalwork details of your bag with the same product you use to clean the silk lining. Word from our craftswomen!
When not in use, store the crystal bag in a soft case or cloth bag to protect it from dust and scratches. Avoid storing it with other objects that could damage the crystals. We recommend that you use the dust bag found in the bag package, which is specially made to protect it.
