On the basis of the above mentioned commercial policy, we reserve the right to not process orders of products not compliant with it and those whose use is not intended for Customers only.
These General Terms of Sale do not apply to the supply of services nor to the sale of products made by individuals – who are not the Vendor – present via hyperlinks, banners or any other hypertext link on www.benedettabruzziches.com.
Placing your order
To place an order, add one or more items to the cart and proceed to the check-out.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with all the information you need to track your parcel.
Please note that, after the order has been completed, it is not possible to change its details nor the delivery address.
Please ensure that your order and your personal details are both correct before ending the purchase process.

The item you select is not reserved when it is added to your cart. Every item is reserved for 5 minutes only when the check-out process has started in order to give you the time to complete the purchase process.

We offer free delivery across Italy.
International delivery costs will be charged to the Customer
according to the following:
• 15,00€ in Europe
• 35,00€ extra-EU countries
• 1-2 working days in EU
• 2-3 working days for extra-EU countries
With the exception of Italy, all the shipments are by air, handled by DHL.
Currency, Prices and Duties
Prices displayed, payments and invoices of our products are in Euros, GBP or USD
Your bank or credit card issuer will apply own change quotations.
If shipping is in EU or UK shown price is VAT included.
If shipping is outside Europe the shown price calculated at the checkout will be without VAT 22%.
Custom duties and taxes are at the customer own and will not be refunded.
This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.
Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.
There are no restrictions on the items we ship.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged order or if your parcel gets lost, please do get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided we shall not be held liable.
In accordance with Art.64 of Legislative Decree n.206 dated 6th September 2005 and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase process.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to email@example.com containing:
• Name and Surname;
• Order number;
• The desired type of compensation, to be chosen between:
– Product replacement;
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the above mentioned details, unless the Customer sends a new, correct request. Upon receiving the request, an e-mail containing the return number will be sent to the Customer.
All the delivery costs for the return of the products are at the expense of the Customer.
Products must be returned within the time limit applicable to the right of withdrawal to the following address:

All the risks linked to the shipment of the return are on the Customer. In order to be replaced or refunded, the returned products must have the tag, the label, the protective bag and the box as sold. Exchange items are subject to availability. Refunds will be made with the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. The time of reimbursement may vary, depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase. Any potential variation between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to the fluctuation of exchange rates will not be reimbursed.
Our products are made using delicate leathers and fabrics, therefore, their surfaces are subject to variations and scratching, both of which are not be considered as imperfections.
Any manufacturing defect will be considered on a single basis only with a valid proof of purchase. If the manufacturing defect gets confirmed, it will take us 5 to 7 days on average to fix the product and ship it back to the Customer.
We kindly ask our Customers to strictly follow our return/replacement policy.
All the payments on www.benedettabruzziches.com are secure.
All the transactions are in Euro.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and direct bank transfer.
We do not accept orders placed via telephone.
Financial information (such as credit/debit card number or its expiry date) will be transferred – via a cryptographic protocol – to the bank selected by the Vendor that supplies remote electronic payment services. Third parties will have no access of any kind to this data.
Moreover, such information will never be used by our Company if not to complete the procedures related to the purchase process of our products, to allow any refund in case the products are returned by Customers wishing to withdraw from the contract and every single time we deem necessary to alert the police about potential frauds.
The price of the purchase and the shipping costs – as stated in the order form – will be debited on the customer’s bank account at the end of the purchase process.
If the available funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details are correct, the transaction will be processed immediately.
If selecting to pay via bank transfer, the Customer will automatically receive an email that lists the bank details of the Vendor. After sending this email, we will reserve the selected products for the Customer whilst we wait for the credit entry. The Customer is bound to send a copy of the document stating the transaction reference number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after receipt of the order confirmation. Failing to do so will automatically cancel the order itself.

Their exclusivity is the combination of the quality of the materials we use and the manufacturing processes of our Master Artisans.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us therefore, in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects, we will bear the assistance costs after our thorough verification confirms the actual defects.
On www.benedettabruzziches.com we sell only “BENEDETTA BRUZZICHES” registered trademark products, whose characteristics are specified in each product sheet.
All our products come with an identification tag stating their serial number, with a single-use seal.
Removing the tag, the serial number and/or the single-use seal automatically cancels you right of withdrawal.
We offer to all our Customers the opportunity to pre-order some of the products shown in our online shop.
Sold out products are clearly marked; for each one of them we also mention the average time we need to make it available again. During this time, the sale of that product is suspended.
Pre-orders allow us to guarantee the delivery of the product within the indicated time and avoid any possible delay due to high demand or sale of all stock.
The procedure to place a pre-order is the same of the purchasing process, including the immediate charge of the entire payment.
By placing a pre-order, the Customer explicitly accepts to receive the desired product after the 30-days limit, notwithstanding the current regulations (Art. 54, Clause 1 of Legislative Decree n.206 dated 6th September 2005).
The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available, therefore the indicated delivery time is approximate and it is subject to further variations depending on the material supply.

Costs and delivery time will vary according to your requests. We will notify you in advance of any additional costs related to your request before processing your order.
According to the Art.10 of the General Terms of Sale, the Customer’s right of withdrawal is not applicable to customized products.
Regulations on exotic leathers
Products made using exotic leathers that are shipped to extra-EU countries are required by law to be accompanied by additional documents called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).
Such papers certify that the product was made using skins of animal species farmed for trading purposes. It takes on average 14 (fourteen) working days to obtain the CITES certification and, in order to do so, it is also necessary to provide the relevant invoice as the Customer becomes the actual holder of the product.
In order to comply with these legal requirements, we cannot guarantee that the delivery of the ordered item will take place within the regular delivery times.
